"A family member was having surgery at Columbia Presbyterian in NYC. We live upstate so staying in a city was the right call. This hotel is five stars, a block and a half away from the hospital, the rooms were small but clean and well appointed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hopefully"

"By far the best hotel I've stayed at in NYC with everything considered. Rooms were more spacious than those in lower manhattan and significantly cheaper. Everything was clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Lots of food and shops near by and the 1 train a block away. I will definitely be staying here"
