"I have been a tenant since 2022 and I feel safe in my apartment and have fabulous neighbors. Newark unfortunately will always have a negative stigma, however, Forrest hills terrace does there very best to keep the area safe and the grounds clean. My biggest compliment goes to Justin in management. "

"The buildings are extremely old. Often times the pipes leave a brownish tint to shower and cooking water. Hot water is always out and it's a danger to small children."
