"We stayed at Fort Place B&B from 5 - 12 Oct 2025 while visiting NYC. As a family of four, we had the entire top floor which includes 3 bedrooms (one with kitchenette and another with en-suite bathroom). Kitchenette equipment is basic, but sufficient to make coffee in the morning and store some item"

In a residential neighborhood, this quaint, Victorian-style B&B is 13 minutes' walk from the St. George-Manhattan ferry terminal. It's 5 miles from the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge and 15 miles from the Statue of Liberty. The 3 homey rooms, each with a private floor, offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and en suite bathrooms, plus sitting areas, and tea and coffeemakers; 2 have fireplaces. The top-floor room has a skylight, a tub and bridge views, while another has a kitchen. Continental breakfast is served in-room. Parking is complimentary. There's a sunroom and a casual living area.
