"Terrible management. No one has a clue or communication with the building Supritendent. The management is very late to respond. The management , resident and Supritendent are out of sync. My apt was all flooded and the wooden floor was all destroyed and so was the roof lighting which all collapsed "

"Terribly managed building, you get charged 2k+ for a standard unit with practically no amenities. There's a tiny gym downstairs and that's it. The parking garage is a joke , I witnessed several tenants (myself included) with car damage from running into or back up into yellow pillars inside the gar"

"This is a terrible management company. You can never get in touch with anyone from management. If you have an issue, good luck getting a response via email or being able to speak to someone on the phone."
