"This is an Assisted Living. Phone go out often also TV problems. Place is busy workers work hard No Parking Laundry is done once a week clothes that are wet should be done more often not stay and smell in the resident bathroom. This b place has some good qualities but also some that need improvem"

"I got a non smoking room and when I entered it smelled like a disgusting smell ( like pee and poop ) They don't even have a fresh air. The manager was horrible. I stayed there for 5 min and didn't got refund. Before paying them go check the room . It's disgusting. They should be closed at all cost."

"The walls are so thin u can hear anyone doing anything also the pillow and bed smell the someone drooled and peeded on it. I cant sleep all night because there is a guy screaming all day long. When i complained they didnt do anything. This hotel sucks never again"

"Really nice place in Brooklyn. Stayed here with family over the New Year and it was decorated very beautifully with Christmas ornaments. The rooms are nice and so is the bathroom. The receptionists are nice although there are some who just don't care lol. My one criticism is that the hallways smell "
