"Lived here for 3 and a half years. It's no-frills but very well-maintained and I never had any issues with cleanliness, pests, noise (beyond normal city noise), or cheap appliances. The maintenance staff are super friendly and generally respond pretty quickly. Love the neighborhood -- especially now"
