"Basic, clean, great and seemingly safe location. No elevator and staff don't offer to help so will need to carry your own luggage upstairs so only for fit and able people to stay or have minimal luggage. The older evening staff was quite rude but the other younger one was ok. Wifi slow on 3rd floor"
