"This place is an Airbnb, the hosts insist on their guests using WhatsApp to comunicate instead of the Airbnb app to avoid getting in trouble with Airbnb, it's dirty as hell they will charge you a cleaning fee and won't clean, the last time I stayed there rodents were eating my groceries."
