Parkview House Apartments

"I've lived here for over 20 years. Ever since we got a new super, the building has gone down. He smokes in the building, encouraging other smoking tenants to do the same. You can't even do your laundry without choking on smoke coming from his office near the laundry room. The workers no longer clean"

"Don't come here what so ever. Roaches/mice in and out the moment you step outside your apartment. building super does nothing and they charge and arm and a leg for an apartment here. There's no doorman watching anything so anybody can come right in. Really recommend not coming here. Only good thing "
