"We moved here 11yrs ago and we made a best decision to purchase an apartment at RT. Building cleanliness and services are awesome helpful as well. The super (Mr. Michael Flynn) is beyond words. All Stuff and Boards are wonderful and helpful. All my building neighbors are wonderful and specially 4th"
