"Terrible!! It's a homeless shelter!! Not a hotel!!"
"Clean rooms, spacious, nice bathroom, kind staff, and I really liked the furniture. I'd go again. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of soundproofing. You could hear coughing from adjacent rooms and some guests were loud in the early morning hours. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay."
"Spent a week in the Sumner Hotel over Christmas and it was a perfectly fine little hotel. Not fancy by any means but more than sufficient and accommodating. The room, though a little small, was clean, the bed comfortable, the continental breakfast more than adequate. There was a small fridge to keep"
"I had a terrible experience staying here. First of all the air conditioning in the room didn't work but it was blasting ice cold in the hallway. "Pretty basic room. Nice enough decor. Bathroom was fine, nice looking shower although I didn't get to use it. The only downside was the small and down trodden lobby. Felt like I was checking into a hostel in.. not Brooklyn. Very small, very unattractive, not very friendly feeling."
