"Anything that Alma Realty Corp. manages will not be well-maintained. Constant hot water/heat, and elevator issues. Hallway floors are rarely mopped except for the lobby entrance. Nothing is ever replaced or updated- they just slap bandaids on and say "it's fixed". Probably the same washer and dryer"
