"Value for money it is not. The lobby is very unappealing and not welcoming, so that there is not any inclination to hang out in the lobby waiting for your partner or guest or anyone else. "This is an iconic property. Some of the associates are very professional and understand the hospitality, food, beverage, and prerequisite expectations. Food is more or less solid, but not exceptional. That is something that needs corrected by Chef Jean-George."
