"The Leasing lady scammed my father out of his $500 deposit. She made him sign the lease before seeing the apartment and refused to give the money back. Any complex apartment who can do this to an elderly person, clearly has no regards for their tenants. Do not recommend"

"I have some friends that live at The Mill at Belleville. THEY LOVE IT! They were former homeowners who sold their home and moved to the Mill of Belleville. It has everything they need for convenience, comfort, and to enjoy their Senior years. They stated " they wish they had done this years ago!""
