The Renwick Hotel

"Paid for very early check in at 10:30 am because of early morning arrival of our long haul flight to NYC. My husband & I arrived even earlier than 10:30 and were pleasantly surprised when we were allowed to check in to our room already. The room was large and clean and had a great view of the Empire"

"Room is comfortable. Interior room is quiet; something hard to get in New York. Area perfect for my needs in Midtown. Unit at window is maintained and blows up (preferred) not on you while you sleep. Products are good. Two free water bottles. No coffee in room but free in morning at restaurant "

"I requested the room be warm prior to my arrival (it was not). The shower curtain are very short, so short the bathroom floor was wet from just one shower. Halfway through my stay, a ringing sound came from somewhere in the room. Staff did not solve the problem but simply relocated me to a new room "
