"This is one of the worst developments in the Greenville area. They are a public nuisance to the area. They have a music studio set up inside the building that a band plays live music a couple times a week, sometimes to midnight with no concern for the working men and women who have to work the next "

"Building is under new management and is making strides to repair and make the building much more enjoyable than previous owners. Building staff is very friendly and cooperative with all requests. The building is only getting nicer and will be great place to live for the foreseeable future"
