What once was a luxury builiding in the Bronx, the "jewel" of Riverdale, has been run down by the management, to a sloppy mess. Newer folks at the desk do not communicate well, often the desks at back and in the garage "

"This is a decent building in a nice area. You may pay a lot of rent, but you get amenities like a doorman and storage, and convenience access to the fitness center. Not bad at all."
