"This hotel is in extremely poor condition and doesn't even meet the standards of a basic guesthouse. It urgently needs a complete renovation. The entire property feels very old and poorly maintained. The toilet was clogged and water flooded into the room, which is completely unacceptable. The rooms"

"The location is amazing, saw the empire state from our window. The chap on the front desk was lovely enough, and helped us get a kettle. What they don't tell you is how noisy it is- constant noise from outside(even on the 6th floor) and the walls are super thin so you can hear all your fellow floor"
