"Mixed experience. It's a nice building that is relatively tidy and well maintained. Nice staff and concierge too. Quality of the apartment is okay. It's dated and has mdf used for cabinets which is worn and falling apart at places. The PTACs are noisy and inefficient making the utility bills high. C"
