"Loved living in the building, the doormen were great. Fantastic roof, and has a basic gym facility. The only reason I rated so low was dealing with the management after move out. They are awful with getting your security deposit back, and overcharged us initially. MAKE SURE YOU CALL AND ASK FOR INVO"

"Moved in few months back. Terrific location and staff. Every apartment has an issue here or there, but none so far. Management can be tough to get a hold of at times, but the doormen have helped with that whenever it was needed. They are great"

"One of the more modern apartment buildings in the upper east side. The doorman is present all night which is nice. They also decorate the lobby for different holidays. The rooms themselves are an okay size. The building provides roof access which is great!"
