"Tried to get in my apartment and was locked out. Key worked for the building but this morning maintenance had shown up to fix an issue and now I can't get in. Tried calling the maintenance hotline and got treated like they didn't care. The on call maintenance person finally called and sounded drunk "

"This place is horrible. The drug users and the drunks make it unsafe and unclean and the staff does not report them. This is not a smoke free place. Which is unfair to those of us that dont. HPD should be more careful in placing people here."
