"Promises that your new landlord will make some repairs or will fairly manage parking, then as soon you move they won't lift a finger for you if the new landlord doesn't honor these promises. Was rented an apartment with gas leak and couldn't move until the 3rd week of the month. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"
