"this building is closed. after covid the services stopped. before covid they had a cook after covid they started getting jail food from Sysco's. the building is dilipitated. the tenants were out of control, it should have been closed years ago."

"This is a congregate living environment that caters exclusively to Welfare recipients and people on welfare that have the virus. I actually have people panhandling in the hallways, this place is horrible."
