"Property manager doesn't respond to issues that tenants have in a timely manner. HEAVY police activity and presence in the building on a weekly basis. Don't be fooled by the glitz and glam, fixtures in this building break easily and are cheap. One thing that I will give kudos to is the Maintenance "
